ECODET

GENERAL PURPOSE BIODEGRADABLE DETERGENT

DESCRIPTION

ECODET is a general purpose, environmentally and user friendly, biodegradable, non phosphate, quick break detergent formulated to remove soilage encounted in mining operations.

BENEFITS

1. ECODET is biodegradable thereby eliminating environmental damage associated with some detergent/degreasers.
2. ECODET has a neutral pH which also eliminates environmental impact and renders it user friendly to operators.
3. ECODET does not contain phosphates which promote algae bloom.
4. ECODET is a quick breaking detergent which promotes rapid phase separation of emulsions formed in the cleaning operation and efficient operation of oil/water separation unts.
5. ECODET possesses good grease cutting power and is effective on oils, greases, road grime and vehicle exhaust deposits.
6. ECODET exhibits good rinsability with no slippery surfaces after cleaning.
7. ECODET may be economically dispensed through the Challenge CLEAN SAFE dispensing system.

DIRECTIONS

1. Apply ECODET solutions and then allow a  few mintues contact time before removing with high pressure water.
2. LIGHT DUTY: Add up to 60 parts water to 1 part ECODET to brush or spray on to clean lightly soiled surfaces.
3. HEAVY DUTY: Add up to 4 parts water to 1 part ECODET to clean heavily soiled surfaces.

WARNING

Avoid unnecessary or continued skin contact as ECODET may defat skin tissue.
