DEGREASER CONCENTRATE
A concentrated degreaser which can be diluted with up to 10 parts kerosene or diesel. This will make a ready to use degreaser. By adding less kero or diesel it will increase the strength of the product.
APPLICATION
The degreaser can be brushed or sprayed onto the surface, allow contact time and rinse off with water. The product can also be used for dip tank application.
The product is ideal for degreasing engines, parts, machinery, concrete paths and driveways and for the removal of oil, grease and wax.
Degreaser Concentrate can also be used for dewaxing new vehicles and machinery. Wip or spray onto the waxed surface, allow contact time, wipe over and rinse off with water.
DEGREASER XL
A ready to use degreaser for the removal of oil, grease and wax. For degreasing of engines, parts, machinery, concrete floors, paths and driveways. Dewaxing new vehicles and machinery.
Degreaser XL can be brushed, sprayed or mopped onto surface, allow contact time and rinse off with water.
Dip tank application – place parts onto the solution, allow to soak, remove and rinse off with water.
HEAVY DUTY WATER BASED DEGREASER DETERGENTS

Dilution rates advised are suggestions and will vary dependant upon the amount of soilage or build up. Always check diluted product on a small section of paintwork to check that the product will not mark or stain. If staining does occur polish the mark out using compound or soft polish.

EASYCLEAN - MULTI PURPOSE ALKALINE CLEANER
A high foaming cleaner contains a slight amount of caustic and special solvents and is highly suited for cleaning all type of hard surfaces.

CHALLENGE 515 - DETERGENT DEGREASER
Challenge 515 is a very safe cleaner to use with regard to paintwork.
The product is mildly alkaline, containing solvents and when mixed at a dilution of 1 part to 3 parts water is effective as a solvent base degreaser.

Pressure cleaning dilution rate: The pressure cleaning dilution rates are premixed solution rates. E.G. 1 part to 3 parts water then use with pressure cleaner, this will then be diluted approximately a further 40 parts with water.

An all purpose cleaner that is completely safe to use on all surfaces such as vinyl, chrome, glass, plastic and rubber.

For the removal and destruction of unpleasant odours, mildew & tobacco smells. Use undiluted or with up to 5 parts water. Spray the interior and close doors.
For the removal of odours coming from the air conditioning vents run air conditioner fan with fresh air vent open and spray the product through the air inlet situated in most cars below the windscreen.
CLOTH, FABRIC SEAT, CARPET CLEANERS & SPOTTERS
CC HIFOAM – DRY FOAM SHAMPOO
CC Hifoam is used by car detailers for the rapid removal of soilage from seats & carpets when scrubbing by hand.
Firstly vacuum off the area to be cleaned to remove any sand or grit. Dilute the product 1 part to 10 parts water preferably with warm to hot water. Apply the solution using a sponge and scrub the area with a nylon scrubbing brush in a circular motion. Rub briskly – when the area has been cleaned to your satisfaction vacuum the area using a wet & dry vacuum cleaner
EXTRACTION MACHINE SHAMPOOS
CC STEAMEX, - POWDERED LOW FOAM EXTRACTION SHAMPOO
This product is for use with all types of extraction machines. Being in powder form it is therefore highly active with an excellent cleaning power and high dilution rate.
Premix the product in the following manner.
Fill a 10 litre bucket with warm to hot water, add 1 cup of CC Steamex powder, stirring the water until the powder is dissolved.
Add the mixed product to the solution tank and add a further 25 litres of water. Use you machine in the usual manner.
To use the product as a prespray, dilute the powder as per the above method, spray onto the area, allow 15 minutes contact time and extract off.
Prespraying can greatly reduce your labour time and assists with drying time.
By prespraying and allowing contact time this softens up the soilage and makes the dirt easier to remove with just one pass of the wand. This means that you do not have to repeatedly pass over the area to break up the dirt, which can cause over wetting, shrinkage and lengthy drying time.
CC EXTRACTOR – LIQUID EXTRACTION SHAMPOO
CC Extractor is a convenient liquid detergent, which contains grease cutter, optical brighteners and emulsifiers which makes the product ideal as a carpet cleaner or spotter. The product is low foaming and can be used with all types of extraction machines.
Prespotting, use neat or with up to 5 parts water depending upon soilage, spray onto the area using a mist sprayer, allow contact time and extract off. Ideal for spotting, encrusted soilage or as a traffic lane prespray.
Normal usage through an extraction machine – 1 part to 50 parts water. For heavy soilage – 1 part to 30 parts water.
CC Extractor now has its own rose fragrance which leaves a lingering fresh smell after cleaning.
CLOTH, FABRIC SEAT & CARPET SPOTTERS
CC SOLSPRAY – SOLVENT BASE SPOTTER & CLEANER
CC Solspray is a solvent base carpet & upholstery spotter which is used for the removal of tar, oil, grease and paint from carpets and fabrics.
CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO AVOID INHALING THE FUMES.
Apply CC Solspray undiluted with a cloth or spray, allow contact time then scrub and either allow to dry or extract off.
CC PRESPRAY - CARPET & FABRIC PRESPRAY & SPOTTER
CC Prespray is a combination of emulsifiers, slight solvents and surfactants which quickly breaks down encrusted soilage, red dirt and general soilage. It is safe to use on all types of fabrics apart from cheap velours.
To check the colour fastness of the material choose a small unseen area, apply a small amount of solution to the area, allow contact time and rub the area using a clean white tissue. If the tissue turns the same colour as the fabric then it cannot be cleaned. Try another method.
THE ABOVE TEST CAN BE USED TO CHECK ALL TYPES OF
Dilute CC Prespray with up to 8 parts water depending upon soilage. Apply using a sprayer or mist sprayer, allow 10 minutes contact time and extract off.
CC ANTI FOAM – LIQUID DEFOAMING AGENT
Concentrated defoamer a must for use in all extraction machines, auto scrubbers and wet and dry vacuum cleaners.
CC Antifoam prevents and controls foam build up in waste tanks and is insurance against costly vacuum motor repair or replacement due to foam passing through the motors.
Use CC Antifoam undiluted. Add 2 lid fulls per tank or administer through the hose end. This will coat the inside of the hose breaking the foam down on the way to the solution tank. Add CC Antifoam every time the waste tank is emptied.
VEHICLE EXTERIOR DETERGENTS, WASHES & WAXES
FLEETWASH
A liquid detergent for the removal of road dirt, grime and mud. Excellent foaming characteristics combined with cleaning power.
Add 1 part to 150 parts water, wash an area using a sponge and bucket, hose off with water. When entire surface cleaned chamois dry.
WASHUP – GENERAL PURPOSE DETERGENT
A blue, thick viscous liquid, highly active yet safe to use cleaner with good grease and grime cutting power.
Add 1 part to 250 parts water and use as per the above method.
WASH AND WAX – LIQUID CLEANER WITH BUILT IN POLISH
A concentrated low foaming detergent with good cleaning activity combined with a rich synthetic wax to leave a lasting shine and protective coating.
Add ½ cup per 2 gallon bucket, wash manually or with spray or pressure cleaner and chamois dry.
Can be used through automatic car wash systems.
ACIDIC DETERGENTS, CLEANERS AND BRIGHTENERS
RIDSTAIN – LIQUID ACIDIC CLEANER FOR RAIL DIRT AND STAIN REMOVAL
Acidic detergent for the removal of water marks, stains, rail dirt, red dust and road grime.
Add 250 ml per10 litre into a plastic bucket, wash manually avoiding contact with skin and eyes. Gloves, goggles and protective clothing should be worn.
NOTE :
ALWAYS ADD THE ACID TO THE WATER, NOT THE WATER TO THE ACID
**SHOULD THE RIDSTAIN COME IN CONTACT WITH THE SKIN OR EYES REMOVE CONTAMINATED CLOTHING, WASH SKIN THOROUGHLY. IRRIGATE EYES WITH WATER FOR 15 MINUTES AND SEE DOCTOR.**
RIO
A concentrated acidic detergent for the cleaning and brightening of aluminium, stainless steel, alloys, chrome and magnesium. Use on roo bars, chrome and alloy wheels, aluminium trays and bodies.
Can be used to remove red dirt and brake dust quickly from surfaces.
NOTE : **THIS PRODUCT IS HIGHLY CORROSIVE. AVOID CONTACT WITH SKIN AND EYES. PROTECTIVE CLOTHING SHOULD BE WORN INCLUDING RUBBER GLOVES AND EYE PROTECTION**
Dilution rates will depend upon the amount of soilage, type and build up.
Thoroughly wet the surface to be cleaned and brightened, especially if the surface is not or exposed to direct sunlight or other forms of heating.
Dilute RIO 1 part to 10 parts water. Exact concentration is dependant upon the amount of soilage and corrosion. If the surface is particularly dirty or greasy it is best to prewash using Triple C orEasyclean alkaline detergent.
Apply the RIO solution using spray, mop, broom or brush pressure working from the bottom to the top to avoid streaks. Work in small areas of no more that 4 sq meters. Do not allow the solution to dry.
Allow a few minutes contact time and rinse off with clean water. In some instances the process may need to be repeated, particularly if the surface is in poor condition.
DO NOT ALLOW THE SOLUTION TO DRY ONTO THE SURFACE AS STREAKS AND MARKS MAY APPEAR
AVOID CONTACT WITH GLASS SURFACES AS ETCHING WILL OCCUR IF IN CONTACT FOR MORE THAN TWO MINUTES
BRAKE PARTS AND CALLIPER CLEANING PRIOR TO RECONDITIONING
RIO can be used as a soak tank cleaner for NON FERROUS metals. Soak the parts in a solution of 1 part to 3 parts water. Allow to soak for at least 15 minutes to 1 hour. Remove and thoroughly rinse with water. Parts will be thoroughly clean and bright.
MISCELLANEOUS DETAILING PRODUCTS
GLAZE – WINDOW CLEANER AND POLISH
Glaze is a non-smear alcohol based cleaner suitable for use on glass, windows, mirrors, laminates, stainless steel, chrome and plastics.
Glaze is recommended to be used neat but in some instances can be diluted 50-50 with water.
Add Glaze to a spray gun and apply to the surface. Wipe over the area evenly with a damp cloth and polish off using a clean soft cloth or paper towel.
Glaze can also be added to the windscreen washer bottle to assist in quickly removing road grim. For cleaning cigarette smoke stain and nicotine from head linings, sun visors and vehicle interiors.
TYRE BLACK – TYRE & CHASSIS BLACKENER – MATT FINISH
Tyre Black Matt Finish, an acrylic reasonably quick drying economical tyre and chassis black that can be brushed or sprayed, ready to use matt finish.
TYRE GLOSS – TYRE & WHITEWALL CLEANER & RESTORER
Tyre Gloss is an alcohol base cleaner combined with a special oil finish to clean and enhance the tyre.
Use Tyre Gloss undiluted, apply by spray gun or mop using a dampened cloth.
Coat the tyre completely rubbing vigorously and allow to dry. After the tyre has dried you can buff the tyre using a dry cloth. SHIELD – SURFACE COATING AND ENHANCER
A silicone oil emulsion for the protection and enhancement of dashboards, rubber, plastic, vinyl, tyres and most hard surfaces. Shield is non-slip, gives an excellent gloss and does not attract dust.
Use Shield undiluted. Apply using a spray gun or soaked cloth. Apply to the surface and allow to dry. In some instances where the surface is porous or in poor condition a second coat may be required.
For use on tyres clean tyre, spray onto the tyre, spread evenly using a damp cloth and allow to dry. Shield spreads a long way and is therefore quite economical to use for this purpose.
WHIZ – DETAILING SOLVENT CLEANER
A solvent base cleaner which quickly removes vehicle wax, tar and bitumen spots, oil & grease marks.
